Under the Active Youth call for proposals 25 projects with 210 partners from 25 countries in Europe implement projects targeted at reducing youth unemployment within the three main support areas of the Fund for Youth Employment: Innovation and exploration; Transfer of know-how and good practice, and Analysis and research. The Active Youth projects, selected in 2018, aim to enrol 15000 young people in education or training, support 14000 young people in active job search, create 3000 jobs in NGOs, social enterprises and the ordinary labour market, and help 1800 young people start up their own businesses.
